This policy explains what data Niseus Authority Systems (Niseus LLC) collects through the Local Brand Studio, what it is used for, and how it is protected. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form or use the tools.
1. What we collect
Audit form. When you request a free visual audit, we collect only the data you type: name, email, business name, website (if any), industry/area, and whatever you choose to include about what you want to improve. We do not ask for or collect sensitive data.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (page views, clicks, approximate device). This tool may place cookies in your browser.
Tools and resources. The free tools (invoice, digital card, and similar) store what you type only on your own device, inside your browser's local storage. That data is never sent to Niseus or any server; we don't see it, receive it, or store it.
2. How we use your data
- To prepare and deliver the visual audit you requested.
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you wish, arrange a short call.
- To improve the site based on aggregate usage data.
We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
3. Who processes it
To operate the site we use providers that act as processors on our behalf:
- Formspree — receives and delivers your audit form submissions to us.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics.
- Google Fonts — this site loads its typefaces from Google's servers. Through the normal workings of the internet, your browser discloses your IP address to Google when requesting them. We send no other data in that process.
Each provider handles data under its own policy. We do not share your data with anyone else except when legally required.
4. Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure usage in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; the site will keep working.
5. Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up reasonably. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you sent us through the form. To exercise these rights, email us at info@niseus.com.
7. Children
The site is intended for businesses, not minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
9. Governing law
Niseus operates from Cape Coral, Florida (United States), and data is processed in that country. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and any applicable laws of the United States.
